Druva InSync client on Evren OS

This article guides us on how to run the Druva InSync client on Evren OS.

1. Click the Start button in the lower-left corner of the screen.

2. Type Evren Control Center in the Search Bar and double-click on it.

3. Also, please look for the Evren icon on the right-bottom of the laptop screen.

4. Right-click and press on "Open". Next, click on the Refresh button.

5. Please look for Miscellaneous Files Management, Customer RPMs & Scheduled Tasks under Services. Click the Play icon button to run the services immediately, and the status shall change to a "Running now" state.

6. Please wait 1 - 2 minutes and search for Druva in the Search menu. You should able to see "Activate Druva inSync."

7. Left-click on Activate Druva inSync, and you will see a dialog box requesting a .idk file. Please provide a respective .idk file containing your user ID, activate key, and customer ID.

8. A dialog box will appear with the message "Successfully sent the settings to inSync. Check inSync app."

9. Next, look for the InSync client icon on the bottom right of your screen, left-click on it, and choose Activate.

10. You will be directed to the Druva InSync Activate Backup login page. Please insert your email address and click Continue.
