How to wipe a device from your organization

⚠️ Please use this feature carefully. Any changes will remove all work data and the operating system from the device.

Please follow the steps below to wipe a device managed under your organization's account.

2. Navigate to Devices on the left menu and left-click on it.

3. You will see a list of devices registered under your organization. Choose and click on the device you would wipe off.

4. Next, click on the Actions button on the top right of the screen.

5. You will see a drop-down menu, please choose the Wipe Device option.

6. A prompt dialog box requesting your confirmation to wipe the device from the organization shall appear. Click on Wipe to proceed.

7. The changes made shall take a couple of minutes to one hour (maximum) for the wiping process to complete.
