Moving devices between groups using Evren Manager Portal

This article guides us on how IT Admins can move the devices between multiple device groups created in your organization without hassle. Once a device is reassigned to a new group, all configurations related to the new group will synchronize to the device.

Please follow the steps below to reassign the device.

1. Browse to Evren Manager Portal.

2. Navigate to Devices on the left menu and left-click on it.

3. You will see a list of devices registered under your organization. You can choose the device where you would reassign the group, and click on the icon.

4. You will get a pop-up below. Please select the respective Device Group to which you would like to reassign the device.

5. Press the Save button to confirm the changes made.

⚠️   Please note that changes take around an hour to get synced to all your devices under the Device Group.
